Shipping Policy
Dear JL lovers,
We process all your orders on a daily base, from Monday to Friday. Please note that after ordering, the shipping will always be done after receiving the payment.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
If for any reason there is a delay of more than 7 days, we will contact you via email.
Yeey, good news! For the JL lovers living in Brussels, you can easily pick up your jeans in Brussels city center (more information when ordered).

Belgium & Netherlands: €5

Rest of Europa: €20

Worldwide shipments: €45 or on request
Contact us for shipments out of Europe, we’ll gladly help.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs if the shipping address is given incorrectly
Return Policy
What if the item you've ordered does not fit and you want to return it? No worries, this is possible!
First, let us know by sending an email to jeanslab@outlook.be before sending back the returned item(s), we will provide you with the correct details and a return form for this purpose.
All items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and WITH the completed return form. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Once we’ve received the returned items, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will be refunded the paid amount of the returned items within 7 business days using the same payment method.
